I have done business with Lewin Furniture over the past 13-years from flooring to tables and beds. I have always had outstanding service from them. I have tried other places for flooring especially but keep coming back here. I highly recommend that you give them a try if you have not.

I purchased a recliner last Nov. after much browsing, thinking I had finally found what I wanted. The cost was $800. After three pick-ups for repairs, and many weeks waiting, I finally refused the chair, and asked for a refund. The chair was like new, except for the repairs, which were done by someone who was not familiar with upholstery repair; missing padding in several area's where you had upholstery over wood frame. They asked me if "they could pick my brain" on repairs, after someone had stuffed padding into the arms, without taking apart. leaving lumps. I didn't feel it was my responsibility to fix my chair. I received a refund of $250, and a note saying, "Sorry we couldn't please you." This is not enough to replace the defective chair. I will not be recommending them.
