Bob and Rita are good people trying their best to accomodate all people.some people write reviews who are not good customers themselves.red banks is a good resort with a lot of return business.I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a relief from the grind.great trailer people who treat you like you belong.
HORRIBLE place. BOB is the worst owner imaginable. Irate and ignorant at simple questions asked and just blows up for reason. Did not check in til 10am when we arrived at 7am due to the owner forgetting we were coming. We had to sit around for 3 hours waiting. Got kicked out for asking to use the boat an extra few hours before check out at 11am since we missed 3-4 hours of fishing due to a late check in. instead of accommodating his customers he just yells and kicks you out.
Stayed a few days and found both the owners and locals to be very friendly and open. Their resident fish fry was very good, and the beer refreshingly cold.
Rented a pontoon boat and had a great day fishing on the wolf river. Bob the owner has been very helpful and since my wife daughter son in law and 3 grandsons flew up here from Texas I was a little worried. But we all had a great time. Red banks has rental cabins as well as boats. Also has food.
Red Banks in Fremont, my son Spencer & I put his boat in there at The boat landing, For only $5.00 to launch his boat & then we fish for walleye just up the river a ways, Burgers & cold beer are always good too, ;-)
