I would not recommend this campground or ever stay here again. The only thing good about this place is the restaurant and a very nice seasonal camping couple that felt so bad for us they purchased our supper. Campground really setup for seasonal campers ONLY! No showers as listed, one outhouse that someone made a disgusting mess in and was never cleaned and boat rentals are a joke. Broken front cleat, webs, moss growing inside the boat and the ultimate the boat died out on the river, ugh! We were still charged the full rental amount for the 3 hour use before the boat died. Owner is not friendly and office is never open. Go elsewhere!!
Having a trailer here I may be biased BUT. We like this place and restaurant
bar are great too.
Always a good experience. The people running the resort are the best. We have been coming for years to stay in the trailers, rent a boat, and eat/drink at the restaurant/bar. Whether it is for a summer getaway on the river, or a Fall fishing trip, I recommend a visit.
